SHIPPING

• Delivery may take up to 30 days from the date of purchase, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

• Please note that shipping is not available to certain countries due to trade restrictions and international shipping agreements. If your country is affected, you will be notified during the checkout process.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return or exchange it.

• Returns and exchanges are accepted for any product, provided it is in its original, unused condition and returned within 30 days of delivery.

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or process the exchange according to your request.
